About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Claims Officer to manage workers’ compensation claims, ensuring compliance and facilitating effective recovery and return-to-work plans.
  
Key responsibilities include:

• Claims Management: Register and investigate claims, ensuring adherence to all relevant standards.
• Injury Support & Rehabilitation: Develop tailored return-to-work plans, emphasising timely recovery.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers, internal teams, and regulatory bodies for optimal outcomes.

  
About You
The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in claims management with a compassionate, detail-oriented approach. Key qualifications include:
  

• 3+ years in workers’ compensation claims management, ideally with experience in self-insurance or WorkCover QLD claims management.
• Strong knowledge of the Workers' Compensation and Rehabilitation Act 2003.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
