Troocoo are partnering with a well established State Government department that prides themselves on supporting Queensland workers. Our client has seen significant success due to their customer first approach and ability to deliver across multiple industries. Thus, we have multiple positions available for the role of Claims Officer.

As a Claims Officer, you will be responsible for end-to-end claims management, developing strong working relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders and interpreting insurance policies. On a daily basis you will be responsible for:
  • Ensure all required documentation is obtained, verify quality of files and maintain data integrity.
  • Ensuring all matters are handled within legislative requirements and in line with internal policies/procedures.
  • Provide a high level of detail and processing of applications in accordance with legislative requirements.
  • Providing exceptional customer service including management of claims, communication and enquiries.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the timely and quality management of claims.
The role will require a willingness and the ability to work in a fast paced, customer centric environment. Possessing strong processing skills and high attention to detail. Given the nature of the day to day, you pride yourself on your skills to prioritise effectively whilst maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy across your workload.
