As a Claims Manager, you will manage claims from start to finish, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes and positive outcomes. You will build strong relationships with employers, workers, and service providers to facilitate effective solutions and early return-to-work results.

- Experience in case management, health, or injury-related services required
- Skilled at delivering excellent customer experiences
- Resilient and composed in challenging situations
- Strong problem solver with excellent decision-making and time management
- Collaborative team player who proactively contributes to solutions
- Tertiary qualifications in health, psychology, business, or law are advantageous
- Immediate start
- $64/hr + super
- 4 month contract, with possibility to extend
- Work from home flexibility available

- Monday to Friday
