About the role:
This critical role will form part of integratedliving’s Executive Leadership Team and will provide whole of organisation leadership to enable integratedliving’s purpose and values, and to deliver its strategic and operational objectives.
The new Chief Information Officer will be able to reimagine the role of technology in our business to enable our future operating model through digital innovation and building digital capabilities. This role will be a business and innovation partner that can enable digital change through articulation of the digital journey and collaboration across the business.
The new CIO will also be required to simultaneously manage the execution of ICT and data governance to ensure ongoing delivery of effective information systems, information management, network, equipment, and technology infrastructure.

The Person:
To be considered for the position, you will be an exceptional and collaborative people leader who can demonstrate extensive experience and a record of achievement as a C-suite executive leading large-scale Digital and Technology transformations, preferably within the healthcare sector.
You will need to bring a strong technology and digital background with a proven track record in embedding clear strategic frameworks that drives value for money business outcomes. Your ability to engage others and embrace organisational change with a client service ethos is critical.
You will also bring a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high performing technical teams to deliver key business outcomes, whilst working collaboratively with the ELT to unite the business behind a shared vison. You will also have a proven track record in leading outcome-based and customer-centric digital and information technology change and renewal.
Your previous experience will also need to demonstrate your capabilities in maximising cost efficiencies and effective practices across information systems and technology services.

- As an Executive, contribute to organisational strategic planning, representing the ICT Unit at Executive and representing the Executive to the ICT Unit, to enable integratedliving to achieve its purpose and strategy.
- Lead the development and implementation of the digital & technology strategy
- Lead the Information Communications and Technology (ICT) functions, their associated teams, together with partnership with external providers.
- Lead collaborative and co-designed technology and information solutions to drive changes which delivers value both externally and internally.
- Ensure appropriate data governance controls and standards are maintained to ensure information security and to maximise the value of data in achieving strategic objectives.
- Responsible for enabling financial sustainable technology solutions and creating value through technology.
- Create a values driven, high performing environment that attracts, engages and retains skilled talent.
The Person:
