Position Overview:

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Carter Newell Lawyers, you will assume a pivotal leadership role in a dynamic and esteemed legal firm. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will be responsible for guiding the firm's strategic direction, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving sustainable growth and success. This role requires a seasoned leader with a profound understanding of the professional services industry, a demonstrated track record of strategic leadership, and a commitment to upholding CN's core values.
Specifically, key accountabilities include:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop, communicate, and implement CN's vision, mission, and strategic objectives. Lead the firm in navigating evolving legal landscapes and market trends to ensure its long-term competitiveness and relevance.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Streamline processes and optimize resource allocation to enhance overall firm performance.
  • Client Focus: Maintain a deep client-centric approach, nurturing relationships, and understanding client needs to deliver exceptional legal services. Foster a client-first culture among all staff.
