Job description

Exciting opportunity for a Change Manager to join a leading Financial Service organisation to work on a large-scale program. This role will support projects being delivered in a continuous delivery model (Agile) as well as initiatives using traditional project delivery models.
  
Your duties
  • Deliver change strategy and ensure it is delivered professionally and efficiently
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders for project delivery
  • Identify, manage, and document change process and methodology
  • Conduct change readiness assessments
  • Develop and implement resistance management plan
  • Assist in the delivery of post implementation review
  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
  
About you
  • 2+ years working within Agile project environment
  • 5+ years working as a Change Manager working on large programs of work
  • Strong stakeholder and prioritisation skills
  • Experience working on complex IT projects and large scale projects
  • Certification or qualification in Change Management
