About the Role
Join a growing team responsible for delivering projects that strengthen digital capability across the Queensland public sector. This work is helping to build a more skilled, agile and future-ready workforce, ensuring government can deliver better services to Queenslanders.

In this role you will work across multiple, interrelated initiatives and support the analysis, delivery, management and engagement activities required to implement business improvement initiatives and projects, applying a structured change management methodology with a strong focus on communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, implementation, monitoring and review of change management plans for digital capability uplift initiatives.
  • Contribute to the success of projects and initiatives by maximising employee adoption and usage and minimising resistance.
  • Assess the change impacts of planned initiatives by identifying impacted stakeholders and conducting impact analyses and change readiness activities.
  • Proactively identify and monitor risks and develop mitigation tactics.
  • Leading change management work streams with a structured methodology / process, including supporting project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
  • Support the development and delivery of change communications.
To be Successful
You will have proven experience leading change management activities for complex programs or portfolios, including the development and delivery of change strategies, plans and communications. You will also have experience delivering change management for projects in the digital capability or workforce capability space.
