Change Manager
Job description
- Change Manager – 12-Month Contract (Immediate Start)
- Location: Ipswich | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
- Full-time or Part-time (minimum 3 days per week) considered
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver change management strategies and plans to support system implementation and business readiness.
- Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to understand risks, opportunities, and levels of readiness across the organisation.
- Design and execute communication, engagement, and training initiatives to support awareness, capability uplift, and successful adoption.
- Partner closely with project teams, business units, and HR to ensure change activities align with project milestones and organisational priorities.
- Support leaders and change champions to effectively guide their teams through transition and embed new ways of working.
- Monitor adoption, feedback, and progress, managing key artefacts and contributing to continuous improvement while ensuring inclusive, people-centered change practices.
- Engage directly with field-based staff to bring them on board with corporate system changes and ensure solutions meet operational needs.
You will bring:
- Demonstrated experience delivering change management for technology or systems implementation projects in large, complex environments.
- Proven ability to engage field-based workers as part of organisational change.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and facilitation skills.
- A structured, people-focused approach to change, with the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
