Troocoo have partnered with this leading financial services institution, headquartered in Brisbane with multiple sites through the east of Australia, to assist with finding an experienced Change Management professional to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
About the role:
The Change Manager will support the Business Banking unit who are currently working on multiple smaller pieces of work to automate and improve existing processes, with AI and automation being used to augment the existing business banking offering.

About you:
- Solid project and people engagement related change experience
- Experience working within Agile project environment – desirable
- Ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others, internally and externally, including the ability and desire to work cooperatively with others in a team
- Ability to deal effectively with pressure, ambiguity, and emerging conditions, and multiple tasks
- Understands what motivates people to effectively influence and gain cooperation from others to accomplish goals
- Financial Services experience - Business Banking preferred
Skills and Requirements:
- Undertake exploration to devise a ‘fit-for-purpose’ change, communication and learning plan
- Review frameworks, methods and tools available and determine the appropriate application aligned to stakeholder expectations and operating environment needs/limitations
- Develop and execute change management, communication and learning plans for projects by working with key project and business stakeholders to undertake responsibilities across Stakeholder and change impact understanding & Business readiness, training and transition support
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives relating to change management delivery
- Support the capability development of individuals to better lead, plan, participate, manage or support changes within the business through coaching and mentoring support
