Our non profit client is seeking a passionate Change Manager on a 12 x mnth fixed term contract basis to drive business transformation and process improvement initiatives as part of their Information Technology team.
About the Role:
As a Change Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support successful project delivery.
- Analyse business needs, identify opportunities, and lead change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions for staff and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver process improvements aligned with our mission and values.
- Manage risk and change resistance, providing practical solutions and support post-implementation.
- Essential:
- 3+ years’ experience in change management, with a proven track record in delivering business transformation initiatives.
- Expertise in process improvement, workflow analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or similar.
- Desirable:
- Experience supporting technical integration projects.
- Background in aged care or not-for-profit sectors.
