Our non profit client is seeking a passionate Change Manager on a 12 x mnth fixed term contract basis to drive business transformation and process improvement initiatives as part of their Information Technology team.

About the Role:
As a Change Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement change management strategies to support successful project delivery.
• Analyse business needs, identify opportunities, and lead change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions for staff and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver process improvements aligned with our mission and values.
• Manage risk and change resistance, providing practical solutions and support post-implementation.

What You’ll Bring:

• Essential:
  • 3+ years’ experience in change management, with a proven track record in delivering business transformation initiatives.
  • Expertise in process improvement, workflow analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or similar.
• Desirable:
  • Experience supporting technical integration projects.
  • Background in aged care or not-for-profit sectors.
