We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to support a major Transformation Program of Work, reporting directly to the Project Manager and working alongside key business stakeholders.

This is an initial 4 month contract position, ideal for someone with a passion for change management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering people-centric outcomes within complex programs.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of change initiatives, conducting impact assessments, and ensuring clear communication and engagement strategies are in place to enable successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Project Manager to deliver change management plans aligned with program goals.
• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses.
• Assist in the development and execution of communication, engagement, and training plans.
• Gather and analyse feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve change activities.
• Support business readiness assessments and monitor change adoption.
• Assist with the development of change-related documentation (e.g., FAQs, user guides, comms content).
• Facilitate workshops and support training delivery where required.
• Help foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement throughout the change journey.

Skills & Experience

• High level demonstrated experience in a Change Analyst or similar change-focused role.
• Exposure to large-scale transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience supporting change impact assessments, readiness activities, and engagement planning.
• Ability to translate complex changes into simple, actionable communication.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks desirable.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
