Change Analyst

Troocoo has partnered with a highly reputable organisation in the banking and finance sector to find an enthusiastic, project driven Change Analyst to join the team on a 6 month contract basis.
Purpose of position:
The Project Change Analyst is responsible for identifying the impacts resulting from changes to people, process, systems and culture; developing and delivering key documentation to support; and coordinating the
implementation of change activities resulting from that analysis on assigned strategic and transformational projects.
This role supports the Change Manager and/or Project Manager on assigned projects to ensure successful delivery of change management activities.
Key Accountabilities:
- Work closely with Change Manager and Project Manager to develop
and support change management strategies appropriate for the project
or program.
- Document change impact assessment outcomes, to determine the scale
of change and associated business readiness activities required for
successful change
- Manage stakeholders, identify and manage issues and risks relating to
impacted business areas and report to the Change Manager on the
performance of stakeholder management
- Support the delivery of the change management strategy and business
readiness plans, including artefacts, on assigned projects
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
-2+ years in Change Management and Business Readiness
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrated
experience in change management.
- Change Management experience (e.g. Prosci) (Highly regarded).
- Strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen.
- Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to deliver
consultations and presentations at a senior level.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting change initiatives such as
delivering detailed change and business impact assessments.
