Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen and meal service operations
- Prepare and present fresh, well-balanced meals tailored to client needs
- Manage kitchen staff, rosters, ordering, and inventory control
- Develop and maintain menus in line with dietary guidelines and preferences
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with management and other departments to maintain a high standard of service
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in a healthcare, aged care, or clinical setting
- Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery (Cert III or above)
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of dietary needs, allergies, and food safety protocols
- Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities
