Case Managers & Community Services Officers - EOI

Job description

We’re partnering with a range of not for profit and community focused organisations across Greater Brisbane who are gearing up for growth. Demand for experienced and values driven Case Managers is strong, and we’re keen to connect with people who want to be on the radar for upcoming opportunities.
This is an expression of interest rather than a live vacancy, but it’s a great way to get ahead of the curve and have early conversations as roles come online.

What you’ll typically be doing
  • Supporting individuals and families through strengths based case management
  • Managing client caseloads and developing tailored support plans
  • Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Advocating for clients and connecting them with relevant services
  • Maintaining clear and compliant case notes and documentation

What we’re looking for
  • Experience in case management within community services, housing, mental health, family support or similar
  • Relevant qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Human Services or equivalent
  • A trauma informed, person centred approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Knowledge of the local Brisbane service landscape is a big plus

Why register your interest
  • Access to roles that aren’t always advertised publicly
  • Early conversations before positions formally open
  • Opportunities across different organisations and funding programs
  • A recruiter who actually keeps you in the loop and advocates for you

If you’re open to hearing about future Case Manager opportunities across Greater Brisbane, we’d love to connect. Register your interest and we’ll reach out for a confidential chat when the right role comes up.

Low pressure. High impact. Let’s keep the conversation going.
