The Opportunity

• Clinical governance and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Care planning, assessments, and ongoing care evaluation

About You

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience as Registered Nurse, including aged care leadership exposure
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and quality systems
• Confident, hands-on leader with a resident-first approach
