Troocoo are seeking a compassionate Care Manager to join a well-established aged care home in Maryborough, QLD.

About the Role
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will guide and support the care team while ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and best practice care models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the care team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care for all residents.
  • Oversee care planning, clinical governance, and resident assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality requirements.
  • Promote resident choice, family engagement, and a welcoming, homely environment.
  • Drive continuous improvement in care quality, safety, and resident experience.

About You:
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a clinical leadership role (Care Manager, Clinical Nurse, or Care Coordinator), with at least 1 year in aged care.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance.
  • Genuine commitment to supporting residents to live their way with dignity and respect.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
