This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and gets real satisfaction from helping candidates land great roles. You will be the engine room of our volume desk, partnering closely with Consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes at pace.

About the role
As a Candidate Manager in our Volume Recruitment team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-volume recruitment campaigns across a range of clients and industries.
Your day-to-day will include: Candidate screening and phone interviews, Managing high volume candidate pipelines and talent pools, coordinating interviews, checks and onboarding Providing a standout candidate experience from first contact to placement
Supporting Consultants with campaign delivery and client requirements Keeping systems and compliance up to date
About you
You might come from recruitment, HR, resourcing, customer service or another people-focused role. What matters most is your attitude and energy.
You will bring: A genuine interest in people and their careers Confidence speaking with candidates all day every day strong organisational skills and attention to detail The ability to juggle priorities and work at pace a team-first mindset and a sense of humour helps too
