About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for working with the greater marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and act as a driving force for customer-centric analytics and reporting.
The Campaigns Specialist will also be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing marketing plans / campaigns in response to organisations priorities (acquisition, patient engagement/retention, renewal) and identified customer segments.
- Deliver timely and effective campaigns that are consistent with brand guidelines
- Review, edit and proofread a variety of content for the varying audience and outputs.
- Oversee the production of all printed collateral relating to campaigns, including brochures and promotional material.
- Tracking and reporting on marketing plans / campaigns during and post campaign.
- Develop and maintain overarching campaign project plans.
Successful Candidate
In order to be successful in this role you will have high attention to detail and be able to multitask and manage strict deadlines.
Further to this you will possess:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to network and build trusted relationships and collaborate well across teams, and with external agencies and suppliers.
- Strong copywriting and creative skills and the ability to think outside the box
- Experience using marketing automation platforms is preferred but not essential
- Experience in campaign management across digital display, social media, email and SMS is preferred but not essential
