Description
  • Providing high quality service across phone and digital channels
  • Managing high volume calls with empathy and professionalism
  • Assisting customers with policy, premium and claims‑related enquiries
  • Accurately recording and processing information
  • Working with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows  
Profile
  • Previous experience in customer service (insurance or call centre experience highly regarded)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in a busy environment
  • Confidence in handling sensitive conversations
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and solving problems
Job Details
  • Start date: 13th of April
  • 8 month contract
  • $39/hr + super
  • WFH flexibility, following the training period
  • Brisbane CBD location
