- Coordinate day-to-day administrative workflow activities via bring-up systems and track tasks, and initiate follow-up action as necessary to ensure operational processes are completed within required timelines
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior executives and key contacts
- Actively participate in the delivery and coordination of other business management functions and projects as required.
- Coordinate stakeholder responses across a range of operational and policy matters.
- Provide high level secretariat support to various internal and interjurisdictional committees.
- Ensure compliance with record keeping standards while managing timely, accurate and complete information to enable smart decision making.
- Provide general administrative, project support, and undertake other duties as required.
- Identify, investigate and resolve problems and issues that emerge with operational processes, and refer higher-level and more complex issues to the manager
