We’re seeking experienced Human Resources professionals to join a dynamic People and Culture team and be a key stakeholder in building capability, driving cultural excellence, and empowering our leaders and teams across the organisation.
About the Roles
As a key member of the People and Culture team, you will:
- Build strong partnerships with leaders and employees to foster collaboration, capability, and effectiveness across the organisation.
- Provide expert advice and guidance in all areas of HR, including:
- Industrial and employee relations
- Workforce planning, attraction, and retention
- Employee engagement and wellbeing
- Recruitment and selection
- Performance, conduct, and change management
- Learning and development
- Certified Agreement and policy interpretation
- Coach and support leaders in resolving complex people matters while building their confidence as people leaders.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of strategic People and Culture initiatives such as Employer of Choice, Diversity & Inclusion, and Talent Development.
- Lead and support key HR processes including organisational design, job evaluation, remuneration reviews, and workforce planning.
- Conduct and manage workplace investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes with professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including unions, service providers, and industry bodies, to ensure fair, compliant, and effective outcomes.
- Champion continuous improvement by sharing ideas, leading projects, and supporting initiatives that enhance organisational performance and culture.
