Multiple HR Opportunities
We’re seeking experienced Human Resources professionals to join a dynamic People and Culture team and be a key stakeholder in building capability, driving cultural excellence, and empowering our leaders and teams across the organisation.

About the Roles
As a key member of the  People and Culture team, you will:
  • Build strong partnerships with leaders and employees to foster collaboration, capability, and effectiveness across the organisation.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance in all areas of HR, including:
    • Industrial and employee relations
    • Workforce planning, attraction, and retention
    • Employee engagement and wellbeing
    • Recruitment and selection
    • Performance, conduct, and change management
    • Learning and development
    • Certified Agreement and policy interpretation
  • Coach and support leaders in resolving complex people matters while building their confidence as people leaders.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of strategic People and Culture initiatives such as Employer of Choice, Diversity & Inclusion, and Talent Development.
  • Lead and support key HR processes including organisational design, job evaluation, remuneration reviews, and workforce planning.
  • Conduct and manage workplace investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes with professionalism and integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including unions, service providers, and industry bodies, to ensure fair, compliant, and effective outcomes.
  • Champion continuous improvement by sharing ideas, leading projects, and supporting initiatives that enhance organisational performance and culture.

  • Has sound knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations frameworks, and contemporary HR practices.
