About the role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of the sales efforts, connecting with businesses across industries to understand their pain points and present tailored solutions to meet their needs. You'll work closely with a team of passionate professionals, collaborating to drive revenue growth and exceed targets. With ongoing training and mentorship, you'll become an expert in their SaaS offering, enabling you to deliver impactful presentations and demos that leave a lasting impression.

Key responsibilities includes:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline and driving sales growth for our SaaS products.
  • Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify market gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer success.
  • Drive the 360 sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates, forecasting revenue and tracking performance against targets.
About you:
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products, market trends, and customer pain points.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build relationships and close deals.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and ability to identify customer needs.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools to manage and track leads effectively
