Business Development Manager

Troocoo are proud to be partnering with a well-established and growing Managed IT Services provider seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to generate new opportunities, engage with mid-market clients, and drive revenue through consultative, solution selling.

This role is ideal for someone with strong stakeholder management skills and a desire to make an immediate impact.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities within mid-market organizations.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Present compelling proposals and solution offerings to C-level and executive stakeholders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for deals ranging from 50-seat transactional contracts to larger 3-month engagements.
  • Leverage solution-selling methodologies to differentiate service offerings.
  • Collaborate internally to coordinate resources and deliver an exceptional client experience.
About You:
  • Strong solution selling experience with a proven ability to close new business.
  • Confident engaging with C-level executives.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and outcome-driven.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive summaries and presentations.
  • Previous experience in MSP, IT, or security services is a plus, but attitude and sales skill are paramount.
