What You’ll Do
- Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
- Map and re-engineer business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support business cases, feasibility assessments and solution design.
- Collaborate with project managers, ICT teams and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
- Assist with UAT, benefits realisation and project documentation.
- Experience as a Business Analyst on ICT or transformation projects.
- Strong process mapping, analysis and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability.
- Degree or certification in Business, ICT or related field (desirable).
- Local government or enterprise project experience valued but not essential.
- 3 roles available in a growing transformation team.
- Contract to April 2026, potential to extend.
