This is a 12‑month fixed‑term role with strong potential to extend or convert to permanent, working across initiatives that directly improve service delivery and community impact.

What you’ll be doing

• Partnering with stakeholders to define, analyse and document business, data, and reporting requirements.
• Supporting application‑focused and data‑focused projects within an IT and project innovation environment.
• Coordinating scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and project documentation.
• Facilitating workshops, and cross‑team collaboration to ensure successful delivery.

What you’ll bring

• Experience as a Business Analyst across applications or data, reporting or digital transformation projects.
• Strong skills in business process modelling, requirements analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Power BI, Jira/DevOps, Confluence, Visio and O365.
• Ability to support testing phases (incl. UAT) and drive continuous improvement.
