Troocoo are seeking a Business Analyst to play a key role in the successful delivery of a Digital Re-Platform Program for our Client, a reputable For Purpose Organisation based in Brisbane's inner CBD.
This position acts as the conduit between Project Teams and Business Units across the organisation, ensuring solutions are well-defined, fit-for-purpose, and effectively implemented.
The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, end users, developers, and vendors to analyse, document, and translate technical and non-technical requirements into actionable outcomes that drive business value.

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, end users, developers, and vendors to analyse, document, and translate technical and non-technical requirements into actionable outcomes that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to elicit, capture, prioritise, and clarify business and technical requirements.
- Document and translate requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with UX and digital experience specialists to translate user stories for re-platforming eCommerce and component-based functionality to Optimizely CMS, CDP, and DAM.
- Work with technical SMEs (integration developers, data engineers, architects) to document technical requirements.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are developed, tested, and implemented effectively.
- Identify impacted systems, processes, and dependencies, and assess current-state versus future-state requirements.
- Relevant qualifications in IT, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in Agile environments and multi-project delivery.
- Strong background in gathering, documenting, and managing complex requirements across diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to use AI tools and automation to enhance productivity (e.g., rapid prototyping, process mapping, generating documentation).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and business audiences.
- Demonstrated success collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with Digital Experience Platforms (e.g., DXPs, CRMs, CMS) highly regarded.
