This is an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to join a high-performing, collaborative team and play a key role in delivering large-scale, multi-channel campaigns seen across Australia.

About the Role
As Brand Manager, you will take ownership of the execution and delivery of major through-the-line brand campaigns across TV, radio, outdoor, cinema and digital. You will manage the end-to-end process from briefing creative agencies through to post-production and campaign launch.

You will work closely with senior marketing leaders to bring brand strategy to life, ensuring creative consistency and compliance across every channel. This role requires someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented and confident working with agencies, designers, media partners and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional campaign results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the production and execution of TV campaigns, including agency briefing, script review, timing, approvals and post-production.
  • Oversee creative development across multiple channels including radio, outdoor and social media.
  • Liaise with creative, media and production agencies, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to brand standards.
  • Review scripts and creative assets to ensure they align with compliance requirements and brand voice.
  • Translate creative concepts into integrated campaigns that deliver measurable brand outcomes.
  • Act as brand custodian, maintaining cohesion and consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Manage budgets, workflows and approval processes with precision and accountability.
  • Partner with internal communications, sponsorship and digital teams to ensure alignment and internal awareness of campaigns.
  • Build positive working relationships across the business, fostering collaboration and transparency.

About You
You are an experienced Brand Manager or Marketing professional with a strong background in above-the-line campaign delivery. You have worked on multi-million-dollar TV campaigns and understand the creative production process inside out. You are comfortable pushing back on agencies when needed and confident managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

To be successful, you will bring:
  • 5+ years’ experience in brand, marketing or ATL campaign management.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale TV campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Strong understanding of creative production processes for TV, radio and outdoor media.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and experience working with agencies and internal teams.
  • Background in financial services or a regulated industry is highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with compliance and brand governance.

  • $130,000–$135,000 (inclusive of super).
