Troocoo have been engaged by a critical State Government client to assist in the recruitment of a Benefits Realisation Analyst to join their team! This position is looking to commence ASAP and will run for an initial 12-months out of their CBD office.

Note. A specific rate range has not been specified and our client is open to market hourly/daily rates.

The Role

The Benefits Realisation Analyst will report directly to the Program Director – Change and engagement and will be responsible for the overall delivery of Benefits realisation artefacts for the Program.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Identify and document the program and Project Benefits.
  • Define the program and project Benefits Realisation Plan, aligning with the program and department strategies.
  • Craft key messages at a Program and project level for concise and compelling messaging to articulate the purpose, benefits and impacts.
  • Measure and document baseline pre-program establishment.
  • Capture and document key measurables associated with benefits including process improvement and sentiment.
  • Capture and document measurables for downstream benefits at project and program level.
  • Analyse raw data and interpret into Business intelligence.
  • Content development for various communications to the executive.
  • Utilise visuals and infographics to make complex information more readable.
  • Engage with stakeholders across multiple platforms to reach a broad audience.
  • Be innovative, engage with key internal influencers and schedule key communications for specific events (ie, releases).
  • Establish Program and Project feedback and other mechanisms to capture realised benefits.
The Requirements
To be successful within this position you would bring the following:
  • 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Benefits project officer or similar in digital transformation programs (mandatory).
  • Experience in benefits documentation, preferably in a government role related to digital transformation or technology projects.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite, content management systems, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A Bachelor's degree in ICT, Strategy, Business, or a related field would be highly regarded.
  • Experience in preparing professional documentation would be preferable.
