Our Client
Our client is a values driven organisation supporting corporate offices, housing services and veteran communities across Queensland. This role sits within a centralised Corporate Services team managing assets, fleet and facilities across multiple sites.

Contract Details
  • Commencing immediately
  • Based in Inner City Brisbane
  • 3 month contract with potential to extend

The Role
Short term Asset Management Administrator role within a centralised assets helpdesk function. Heavily administrative and triage based, supporting incoming requests via email and internal systems while coordinating contractors and maintaining accurate registers. Key responsibilities:
  • Triage requests via inbox and internal systems
  • Coordinate contractors for maintenance and repairs
  • Maintain asset, fleet, key and security registers
  • Support fleet administration including servicing and registrations
  • Manage contractor inductions and site access
  • Process insurance claims for vehicles and assets
  • Maintain accurate records while transitioning asset data into Microsoft Dynamics
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across multiple sites
About You
  • Experienced administrator (facilities, assets, fleet or property exposure ideal)
  • Strong Word and Excel skills with ability to learn new systems
  • Confident managing competing priorities
  • Process focused and organised
  • Calm, collaborative and reliable in approach
