We’re excited to be partnering with a well-regarded brand in high-quality soft flooring, who are seeking an Architect & Design Specification Representative to join their team. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining the specification pipeline within NSW, engaging directly with architects, designers, and other key stakeholders to promote products and drive project success.

About the role:

• Build and maintain a strong specification pipeline.
• Engage architects, designers, and key decision-makers to promote products.
• Deliver effective product presentations and demonstrations, either one-on-one or by hosting events such as breakfasts.
• Conduct market research on trends and client needs.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activity and market insights.
• Provide training and support on product applications.

About you:

• You have experience in architecture, design, or specification sales, and enjoy building relationships with clients.
• You’re highly self-motivated and thrive in a role with autonomy and flexibility.
• You can confidently deliver presentations and communicate the benefits of premium products.
• You enjoy managing your own schedule, setting your priorities, and driving results.
• You’re curious about trends and developments in architecture and interiors and use this knowledge to advise clients.
