Troocoo Government are seeking a dedicated recruitment professional to support high-volume hiring initiatives for our QLD State Government client This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a team, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment processes.

- Assist in implementing contemporary, innovative, and transparent recruitment processes to ensure smooth and sensitive recruitment operations.
- Interpret legislation, directives, policies, and procedures related to recruitment and selection, providing accurate advice to selection panels.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to all stakeholders, positively representing the team and promoting the organisation as an 'employer of choice'.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, assessing candidates, scheduling interviews, and overseeing onboarding activities.
- Handle day-to-day administration of people-related data, including gathering information for analysis and producing reports as requested.
- Develop and administer systems to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of HR information and candidate documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and processes, maintaining accurate training records and supporting new starters.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in recruitment and engagement, with the ability to work effectively within a team to support high-volume recruiting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with Springboard recruitment software is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Paying $59.16/hr + super
- Based in the heart of Brisbane City
- Long-term 9-month initial contract (high possibility of extension)
