About the role

• Investigating claims and lodgements through online portal systems and processes
• Processing applications in various stages to help natural disaster victims
• Inbound and Outbound Call Centre work, assisting natural disaster victims and stakeholders with processes.
• Amending and adjusting applications through various sources using procedure and protocol
• Expediting applications whilst maintaining rules and regulations

  
Requirements:

• MUST BE AVAILABLE AROUND THE CLOCK - must be available to work 24/7 if required
• Must have own reliable mode of transport to Woolloongabba if required
• ASAP start required (same day start)
• Must be able to pass a criminal history check if required
• Previous experience within a contact centre or data entry background is ideal but not necessary
• Candidates from a retail background are highly encouraged to apply
