Troocoo Government are currently aiding in the recruitment of an entry-level AO3 Tribunal Support Officer to join the team at a large QLD State Government Department. This role is an initial short-term labour hire contract engagement with a high possibility to extend. This role is based full-time within the Brisbane CBD with an element of day travel to Northern Brisbane suburbs.
Please note that this role will include travel within SE Queensland (North Brisbane) - most likely same day return.

The Role
While working as a AO3 Tribunal Support Officer your duties will be:
- Managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring to prioritise tasks to maximise client service and meet specific timeframes.
- Learn and understand legislation, policies and procedures.
- Learn and apply knowledge to the Department's case management systems; Microsoft Office (word, excel & outlook), record management systems & recording programs.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Assist with document production and transport.
To be successful within this role you would have:
- Previous administrative experience is required.
- Candidates with a background, qualifications or interest in Criminal Justice studies are highly recommended to apply.
- Ability to work to strict timeframes and prioritise workloads.
- Ability to work full-time, five days per week in the Brisbane CBD.
- A current valid Driver's License and own means of transport.
