Troocoo are partnering with a well know State Government department in the recruitment of a motivated AO3 Recruitment Support Officer to join a busy People & Culture team.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your recruitment administration skills, work closely with a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, and contribute to process improvement initiatives in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare recruitment documents such as role descriptions and job advertisements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews (virtual and in-person).
- Prepare interview packs and support interview setup.
- Provide professional communication and guidance to stakeholders and candidates.
- Act as a key liaison between agency suppliers and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks (as required).
- Maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Assist with project work and broader People & Culture activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Previous recruitment experience within either a government department or law firm is required
- Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Proactive, adaptable approach in a changing environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Customer service mindset, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Capacity to manage multiple recruitment processes at once.
