Troocoo Government are supporting a large QLD state statutory body in the recruitment of multiple AO3 Levies Officer positions! These are temporary labour hire positions, initially to the 28/02/2026. 

Northgate, QLD location | Paying $51.12 per hour + 12% super

The Opportunities
The AO3 Levies Officers will support the processing, reconciliation, and finalisation of levy revenue and project data. Successful candidates will engage with stakeholders, analyse project accounting information, and contribute to continuous improvement within the Levies team.

Key Responsibilities
As the AO3 Levies Officer, you will be required (however not limited) to:
  • Process levy revenue and project finalisation requests using CRM and finance systems.
  • Reconcile project costs and update the general ledger.
  • Provide accurate, timely advice to stakeholders on Departmental services and levy obligations.
  • Interpret and apply legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in person.
  • Support administrative and processing needs within the Levies Team.
  • Identify and report potential non-compliance issues.
  • Accurately maintain records, registers, file notes, and documentation.
  • Suggest improvements to systems, practices, and processes.
  • Assist with managing incoming calls and enquiries.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking candidates who can bring:
  • Experience in administration, finance, compliance, or similar processing-based roles.
  • Ability to interpret and process financial/project data.
  • Strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in government, regulation, or customer-facing environments (desirable).
