Troocoo Government are currently assisting a valued client to find their next AO3 Document Production Supervisor! This is a temporary agency labour hire position initially to the 17/04/2026, with potential to extend. The role will work in a tight-knit team based in Brisbane's CBD - paying $51.12 per hour + super.
The Role
The AO3 Document Production Supervisor will provide document production services within the Department as well as the provision of document production services across the organisation.

The Role
The AO3 Document Production Supervisor will provide document production services within the Department as well as the provision of document production services across the organisation.
The Responsibilites
As the AO3 Document Production Supervisor you will be required (however not limited) to:
- Provide photocopying, printing, and binding services to the Department, in particular the compilation of complex legal briefs including duplicating, collating, and indexing of confidential legal material.
- Undertake copier readings and maintain records of same.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and regularly serviced and used in the most efficient and effective manner.
- Undertake minor maintenance to photocopy equipment when necessary and appropriate.
- Assist team members in the resolution of issues and client service queries.
- Assist the Document Production Coordinator with work allocation and supervision as required.
- Where required, work across various teams and branches within the Department.
To be successful within this position, you would ideally bring the following:
- Prior work experience (over 12-months) within a Records Management Team.
- Prior knowledge of the Public Records Act 2023, eDOCS and Elite ERP experience (not mandatory but highly desirable)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate archiving, matter closure, and naming conventions.
- Committed to applying Recordkeeping Standards and Public Records Act 2023, including preparing inactive records for transfer or disposal
