Troocoo are partnering with this leading Government department to recruit MULTIPLE Call Centre Officers AO3 in response to Tropical Cyclone Alfred.

YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY - notice periods cannot be accommodated. 

These contracts are dependent on the requirement and nature of the weather event and we expect contracts until 30/03/25, pending business requirements.
  • Intake dates available: 11/03, 12/03, 13/03, 14/03 
  • $49.40 p/hour + super
Requirements:
  • Availability to commence IMMEDIATELY
  • Must have availability 24/7 – this is a FULL-TIME role
  • Zillmere location – parking on-site or travel via train (some staff will be trained at MT Gravatt)
  • Empathy & previous call centre experience
The roles:
  • Taking a large influx of inbound calls from the public in relation to the weather event
  • Displaying empathy when dealing with distressed or upset callers from the public
  • Providing information and advice via phone and emails
  • Engaging with the public via call ensuring professionalism at all times
  • Assisting with information on grants and disaster payment options
Benefits:
