South Brisbane location - Commencing 29/09/25 initially to 13/02/26 - $41.38 per hour + super.
The Roles
The AO3 Customer Experience Officers will act as the first point of customer contact assisting with enquiries, requests and transactions.

The Roles
The AO3 Customer Experience Officers will act as the first point of customer contact assisting with enquiries, requests and transactions.
You will be responsible for (however not limited to):
- Manage a high volume of enquiries received via inbound phone calls.
- Attentively listen to customer enquiries, providing advice and resolutions.
- Process a high volume of customer requests and applications.
- Engage and educate customers on services and options available.
- Navigate a number of different computer systems and platforms.
- Adhere to set call centre metrics and KPIs.
- Maintain a positive, professional and empathetic attitude.
To be considered a competitive applicant for the AO3 Customer Experience Officer positions you would bring the following:
- Prior experience working within a busy contact centre environment is mandatory.
- Ability to commit to the full contact period.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport.
- Technical proficiency to be able to pick up new systems quickly.
