About the role
- Sorting and processing high volume of emails
- Scanning applications into the system
- High volume data entry
- High volume records management
- Printing and sorting postal responses
- Responding to public enquiries received by email
- Miscellaneous administration tasks requested by managers
- Using various systems
- Processing inbound and outbound correspondence
- Other ad hoc duties as required
- Must be available immediately - Commencing Monday 14th April
- Must be able to work in the office full-time – no WFH available for this position
- Must be able to pass a criminal history check if required
- All applicants may be expected on occasion to work irregular hours to meet operational commitments, especially during peak periods
- Previous experience within a contact centre, data entry or customer service background is ideal but not necessary
- Candidates with their own car and license are preferred due to the lack of public transport availability in this area
