Troocoo Government are currently seeking two AO2 Delivery Support Officers to join a busy State Government client. These are full-time labour hire contracts through to 29 June 2026, based south of Brisbane, supporting a high-volume operational team. These roles will pay $36.45 per hour + 12% super.

The Role
The AO2 Delivery Support Officer will support the coordination and administration of vocational placements for students undertaking health and community services programs, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure placements are managed efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing administrative and delivery support for vocational placement activities.
  • Processing placement documentation and maintain accurate records across systems.
  • Responding to enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels.
  • Supporting the coordination of placements with external industry partners.
  • Maintaining accurate data entry and reporting within internal systems.
  • Assisting with general administration, correspondence and workflow management.
  • Contributing to efficient processes and continuous improvement across the team.
About You
To be considered a competitive applicant for the AO2 Delivery Support Officer positions, you would ideally demonstrate the following:
  • Full-time availability Monday to Friday.
  • Ability to work fully onsite (no work-from-home option).
  • Strong prior administrative and data entry capability.
  • Prior experience working within a high-volume customer service environment.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Prior Government experience or exposure within the vocational education sector would be desirable.
