Troocoo are currently on the search for passionate customer service superstars to join the team at a valued QLD State Government client!
Multiple locations south of Brisbane - Commencing 20/10/25 initially to 30/01/26 - $36.45 to $38.90 per hour + super.
The Roles
The AO2 Customer Experience Officers will be the first point of customer contact assisting with student enquiries, requests and transactions!

The Roles
The AO2 Customer Experience Officers will be the first point of customer contact assisting with student enquiries, requests and transactions!
You will be responsible for (however not limited to):
- Managing a high volume of face-to-face student enquiries.
- Providing customer facing support and excellent customer service.
- Attentively listening to customer enquiries and providing advice and resolutions.
- Processing a high volume of customer requests and applications.
- Engaging and educating customers on services and options available.
- Maintaining a positive, professional and caring attitude towards the customer.
- This position may be rostered to work shifts in various sites based south of Brisbane, you must be willing to travel if required.
- You must be available to attend group interviews in South Bank on Wednesday 8th October if shortlisted.
- You must be available to commence on Monday 20th October if successful and be fully available for the initial contract period.
To be considered a competitive applicant for the AO2 Customer Experience Officer positions you would bring the following:
- Prior experience within a face-to-face customer service setting is mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport.
- Technical proficiency to be able to pick up new systems quickly.
