Troocoo is currently supporting with a valued Queensland State Government client to recruit a passionate Customer Experience Officer (AO2). This is a full-time temporary labour-hire roles through to 30 January 2026, offering $36.45 per hour + super.
Please note: This position will work across Alexandra Hills, Mount Gravatt and Loganlea sites. To be considered, you must be able and willing to rotate between sites on a rostered basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a high volume of face-to-face student enquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Delivering warm, professional and solutions-focused customer service
- Listening closely to student needs and providing accurate information and advice
- Processing applications, forms and service requests with a high level of accuracy
- Educating students on available services, programs and pathways
- Maintaining a positive, calm and approachable presence at all times
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
- Strong face-to-face customer service experience (retail, hospitality, community services, front-of-house, reception, etc.)
- Exposure to a corporate or administrative environment, or confidence working with multiple systems
- Experience in student services, education, training, or similar people-focused settings is highly regarded
- Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing enquiries
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
- Ability to work across multiple campus locations
