Troocoo are currently on the search for passionate customer service superstars to join the team at a valued QLD State Government client! These are temporary labour hire contracts initially to the 30/01/2026, paying $36.45 per hour + super.
Please note - these positions will work across Loganlea, Mount Gravatt and Alexandra Hills sites. To be considered suitable for these roles, you must be able and willing to travel to any of the listed sites on a rostered basis.
The Roles
The AO2 Customer Experience Officers will be the first point of customer contact assisting with student enquiries, requests and transactions!

The Roles
The AO2 Customer Experience Officers will be the first point of customer contact assisting with student enquiries, requests and transactions!
You will be responsible for (however not limited to):
- Managing a high volume of face-to-face student enquiries.
 - Providing customer facing support and excellent customer service.
 - Attentively listening to customer enquiries and providing advice and resolutions.
 - Processing a high volume of customer requests and applications.
 - Engaging and educating customers on services and options available.
 - Maintaining a positive, professional and caring attitude towards the customer.
 
- This position may be rostered to work shifts in various sites based south of Brisbane, you must be willing to travel if required.
 - You must be able to pass a National Criminal History Check.
 
To be considered a competitive applicant for the AO2 Customer Experience Officer positions you would bring the following:
- Prior experience within a face-to-face customer service setting is mandatory.
 - Previous corporate administration experience would be desired but not critical.
 - Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport.
 - Technical proficiency to be able to pick up new systems quickly.
 - Candidates on a Working Holiday Visa encouraged to apply!
