Troocoo are currently on the search for an immediately available AO2 Administration Officer to join the team at a valued QLD Government client!

Acacia Ridge location, parking onsite - Commencing ASAP initially to the 31/10/2025 - $36.45 per hour + super.

The Role
The AO2 Admin Officer will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including but not limited to the below.
  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling, correspondence management, document preparation, and coordination of daily office activities.
  • Provide customer service as the first point of contact, responding promptly and professionally to in-person, phone, and email enquiries.
  • Maintained accurate and organised records through both electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring compliance with departmental processes and accessibility of information.
  • Assist with data entry across various systems with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships through clear, professional, and approachable communication.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.
About You
To be considered a competitive applicant for the AO2 Admin Officer position, you would ideally bring the following.
  • Prior administrative support experience, ideally within a Public Sector or Education environment.
  • Strong skills across the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Adobe).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Immediately available.
