We are seeking an Analyst Developer to join our Brisbane CBD Client where you will contribute to the analysis, development, and support of business-critical applications within a disciplined software delivery environment.

You'll work with a diverse mix of technologies, support complex systems, and play a key role in delivering innovative and reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities of the Analyst Developer will include the following:

• Analyse requests for change and triage/resolve software incidents.
• Analyse, develop, enhance, and maintain application software in a complex environment.
• Collaborate with development team members, ICT staff, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Investigate and report on application software issues.
• Lead or contribute technical expertise to projects, ensuring successful delivery.
• Comply with organisational policies, procedures, safety, and security standards.
• Safeguard information assets and support best practices in information security.
• Perform other duties as required.

You are an experienced Analyst Developer with a strong technical background and a passion for problem solving. You thrive in a team-based environment, are adaptable to change, and bring a customer-focused approach to your work.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and contemporary practices.
• Proven experience in business application development using:
  • .Net technologies (C#, WPF)
  • Angular / Typescript
  • SQL
• Ability to prioritise and lead projects or tasks efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Exposure to API technologies.
• Linux/Unix Shell expertise.
• Experience with AWS.
