The Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Services Manager to oversee the overall operations of the residential service and lead a team committed to delivering high-quality care.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will drive strong outcomes across care quality, compliance, team leadership and service performance, while fostering a positive and supportive environment for residents, families and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the overall operations of the residential service including care governance, quality and compliance
• Building and supporting a strong, engaged multidisciplinary team
• Creating a positive and supportive culture for staff, residents and families
• Driving continuous improvement aligned with the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Supporting occupancy and community engagement with local stakeholders and referral partners
• Overseeing workforce management, financial performance and day-to-day operations

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience within residential aged care
• Demonstrated ability to balance quality care, regulatory compliance, and operational outcomes
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide, support, and develop a high-performing team
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities
• Solid understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
• A genuine commitment to delivering person-centred care
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• AHPRA Registration 
• Full working rights in Australia
