- Overseeing workforce management, financial performance and day-to-day operations
- Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience within residential aged care
- Demonstrated ability to balance quality care, regulatory compliance, and operational outcomes
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide, support, and develop a high-performing team
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
- A genuine commitment to delivering person-centred care
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- AHPRA Registration
