About the Facility
- 50-bed residential aged care home
- Includes 10 Memory Support beds
- Leadership structure: Residential Services Manager, Clinical Manager, RNs and ENs
- Well-supported clinical environment with a strong focus on quality care
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight of the home
- Lead, mentor and support Registered and Enrolled Nurses
- Maintain clinical governance, quality and compliance standards
- Work closely with the Residential Services Manager to support team leadership and service improvement
- Drive continuous improvement and best practice care delivery
- AHPRA Registered Nurse
- Experience in clinical leadership within residential aged care
- Strong understanding of aged care standards and clinical governance
- Ability to mentor and support nursing teams
- Collaborative leadership style and commitment to quality care
