About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-regarded aged care provider to source an experienced Audit & Compliance Lead for a short-term contract. This is a high-impact role focused on preparing services for audit, strengthening compliance, and driving actionable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead audit preparation activities across multiple services
• Conduct and review gap analyses to identify areas of non-compliance and improvement
• Develop detailed audit reports with clear, actionable recommendations
• Drive and support the implementation of corrective actions, ensuring completion within required timeframes
• Coordinate a structured program of work to ensure full audit readiness
• Work collaboratively with Regional Managers, Coordinators, and Care Partners to meet all compliance requirements

About You

• Proven experience within aged care services
• Strong understanding of aged care standards and regulatory requirements
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes within tight deadlines
