Job description
We are looking for immediately available candidates to work on a 4 week temp contract in Brisbane, close to the CBD. This contract could get extended up to 6 weeks.
Duties include:
Flexible working hours either 7am-3pm / 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm.
Close to CBD location.
3-6 week contract - possible extension.
Duties include:
- Assisting the HR team within administration and data entry requirements.
- Achieving and cross checking documents.
- Reviewing data lists and matching to compliance records.
- Downloading and uploading of documentation.
- Standardising filing conventions.
- Uphold privacy and confidentiality
- An experienced administrator of 3+ years
- Proficient on MS Office Suite
- A fast learner who can prioritise tasks
- A help and friendly individual with strong communication skills.
