Troocoo are currently assisting a number of Local Government clients with the recruitment of multiple Level 2/3 Admin Officer positions. These are initial 3-6-month contracts, with potential to extend further, based in the Sunshine Coast region.
Hourly contract rate: $38 to $45 per hour + super, depending on level and experience.
Locations: Caloundra / Maroochydore / Noosa
Role type: Full-time temporary contracts

About the roles:
- Provide comprehensive and professional customer service via telephone and emails.
Input, search and retrieve information using relevant corporate applications, software and systems.
Develop and apply knowledge and understanding in the application of relevant policies, procedures, standards and legislation. - Process and record property-related documentation and customer requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within relevant databases and registers.
- Support senior team members in reviewing and improving systems, processes, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Accurately update and maintain information across internal systems and document management platforms.
- Assist with preparing progress or status reports for the Team Leader regarding workflow, task completion, and overall team performance.
- Prior administration experience within the Public Sector would be highly regarded, but not mandatory.
- Strong ability to multitask.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening and verbal and written communication skills.
- Microsoft Office Skills/Knowledge: Excel, Word, Teams
